Sloanes Bistro’s team is headed by Nicola, who started working in
the restaurant 11 years ago (which was then known as Chez Michel),
initially as a waitress but, she was quickly promoted to manageress.
Recently she, and her husband Alex, have taken over the restaurant.
Alex is our resident singer, who has an inobtrusive, easy to
listen to voice that enhances the ambience of the restaurant.
Assisting in the front of the house is Alfredo, a friendly
and professional person with a long experience
in the restaurant industry.
The kitchen is headed by Fernando who is creative, and aims to
maintain our high standard of cuisine.
Together it is a friendly and professional team, giving clients the best of service.
